Here’s What it Takes to Join Pasadena Bio as a Tenant
- Current rental rate is $2175 per month, in advance
- Includes 8 ft wetlab bench, storage rack, desk, chair, access to shared use equipment and common areas
- Security deposit = one month of rent
- Additional charge for shared use BSL-1, BSL-2 and fume hoods.
Must have a $2 million General Liability Policy naming Pasadena Bio Collaborative Incubator as Certificate Holder
- Provide proof of funding equal to or greater than $100,000.
- Copies of latest bank statements and/or grants are sufficient.
- Provide a research plan detailing what you will be doing.
- Description of Laboratory Work.
- Must be within the bounds of BSL I (BSL II on a case by case basis).
- We have no animal facilities and do not allow work with isotopes or explosives.
- Must be incorporated in the United States.
- Provide a copy of Articles of Incorporation or Partnership.
